Responsibilities

  • Supports the development of brand that delivers sufficiency for the regions’ growth ambitions.
  • Leads brand partnership on Core brand, and Beyond the Core Innovations from ideation through to execution throughout the Strategic Plan horizon, including in-year contract commitments.
  • Supports key Strategic Work-Streams relevant to specific Countries in SEA.
  • Accountable for leading large licensing programs to drive accelerated growth.
  • Works collaboratively with a significantly large network of cross-functional stakeholders, across multiple levels, countries & functions to gain alignment to Brand Plans.

Key Marketing Competencies required for the role:

  • Consumer identification & insight translation
  • Strong brand foundations: strategy, planning, positioning, portfolio management
  • Integrated marketing mix: strong communications planning & briefing, creative development & in-market execution
  • Strong commercial acumen: full P&L with a focus on pricing/promo, volumetric builds .
  • Strong innovation: NPD role & process, project management & pipeline management. 

Technical / Work-based Skills

  • Strong written & verbal communication skill
  • Proficient in Microsoft, including Microsoft Project
  • Proficient in consumer database management Nielsen, Shopperpedia, HH panel

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree qualified in Marketing
  • Minimum 8 – 9 years Brand Management experience
  • Minimum 3 years Innovation Management experience, leading Innovation from beginning to end
  • Proven success in handling big bold Integrated marketing campaigns
  • Exposure to multimarket / regional role will be a plus
