Key responsibilities
Responsible for the AMEA Region (Asia, Middle East, and Africa) Sourcing strategy definition and deployment for the Logistics (distribution, warehouse, and Co-packing), International Transport (Cross-Border), Facility Management, Energy, and Utility categories across all countries
Global Ocean Freight lead for MDLZ, leading AMEA, MEU, NA and LA - responsible for Global Ocean Freight Sourcing strategy definition and implementation, Market Intelligence, Air Freight negotiations, and the global freight tender
Deliver compliance, saving, cash, service, quality, supplier relationship management, innovation, on-time delivery, sustainability, and senior stakeholder management.
Procurement relationship owners with key stakeholders/suppliers globally and across AMEA region for the category in scope
Responsible for the AMEA 4PL/Control Tower, Custom Brokerage, and Cartage negotiations, and for the global strategic relationship with VOCs and NVOC
Manage global and regional stakeholder relationships and leverage in scale negotiations with a mindset of value and ROI.
Deliver corporate policies compliance, SOP, and best-in-class operational principles
Work in collaboration with BU Procurement / CSL (Customer Service and Logistics) and regional CSL team to deliver productivity/savings target, including operational improvements and wastage reductions.

Use data/benchmarks/should cost models to drive decisions and commercial discussions
Operational and deep market expertise of the industry needed to flex strategy

Education / Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, procurement, business administration or Economy - MBA is a plus.
