You oversee the successful delivery of a portfolio of projects led by a team of project managers. You prioritize projects and resources to ensure objectives are met. You may also manage some project(s).
How you will contribute
You will:
- Coordinate and align plans and deliverables with cross-functional teams, engaging with internal and external partners to ensure successful program delivery
- Own project lifecycles with direct responsibility of managing their budgets, timelines, build quality, testing, and operational readiness, including confirming the completion and consistency of all projects and their readiness to go live
- Identify, assess and mitigate program/project-level risks, escalating to global leads when necessary
- Drive consistency and quality in project execution using the appropriate methodology
- Communicate program-level reporting and status updates
- Develop the resources on your team. You will also coach and mentor project managers from other teams to build capability in the organization

What you need to know about this position:
-Define/redefine fit for purpose end to end planning capacity and capability roadmap from strategy to execution level, Coordinate and align plans and deliverables with cross-functional teams, engaging with internal and external partners to ensure successful program delivery
- Effectively bridge process/capability gaps and establish and rollout to all relevant BU/markets, Own project lifecycles with direct responsibility of managing their budgets, timelines, build quality, testing, and operational readiness, including confirming the completion and consistency of all projects and their readiness to go live
- Proactively Identify, assess and mitigate program/project-level risks and provide mitigation plan to guide project teams delivery on time/on budget, escalating when necessary
- Drive consistency and quality in project execution using the appropriate methodology
- Communicate program-level reporting and status updates & drive change management
- Develop the resources on your team. You will also coach and mentor project managers from other teams to build capability in the organization

Job specific requirements:
• Bachelor degree, MBA, APICS CPIM certified is plus
• Strong Knowledge of foundational supply chain related processes across the end to end supply chain, end to end Planning and customer service and logistics in particular.
• Experience working with remote and multi-country teams.
• Experience in Project Management
Cross-functional experience (sales, CS&L controlling, demand planning, supply planning of both Finished Goods and Raw/Packaging materials and logistics and warehousing knowledge)
• Excellent program management skills with experience leading and delivering large projects in multiple regions/markets
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive effective discussions with project resources from tactical execution level up to steering committee members
• Deep knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to positively influence decision making
• Focus on cost-effective innovation in program delivery
• Proven ability in building effective teams across internal and external partners
• SAP, information systems, process design, standard operating procedures
• Able to analyze data and derive insights into action with a focus on delivering to timelines and KPIs
• Able to influence, negotiate and apply commercial acumen
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and solutions in response to downstream data extremely helpful.
• Knowledge of Process and Tool Application in both Developed and Developing Markets, in Mature and Non-Process-Mature Environments.
• Fluent in English.
• Min 8-10 years experience in General/Basic Background in Functional Area
• Min 8-10 years experience in Process Planning and Execution Experience (Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Sales)
• Experience in Change and Execution Management
