We are looking for motivated interns to join our Customer Service & Logistics (Order to Cash) Department! 

As Customer Service and CS Finance Specialist or “Order to Cash Specialist” you will be involved in several tasks both teams perform and understand the issues that Order to Cash Team (Customer Service and Customer Service Finance) need to solve and deal with on a daily basis.  You will interact with multiple Departments within the company, namely Logistics, Sales, Category Management and Back-Office Teams based in India.

I) Responsibilities in Customer Service

  • Issue and share on a daily basis the Out of Stocks Report, with the respective causes and the next delivery dates.
  • Post in SAP the root cause analysis of the out of Stocks.
  • Perform out of stock analysis for some customers and share the outcome with said customers.
  • Manage some of the deliveries’ incidences with the Logistics Operator and / or the Mondelez Logistics Operations Team.
  • Manage Export Orders.  
  • Introduce temporary discounts in SAP.

2) Responsibilities in Customer Service Finance

  • Manage one group of customers, from a Customer Service Finance standpoint, to understand the process “End to End”.
  • Active management in the project of Business Mail with the customers (invoices communicated by email).
  • Send Dunning Letters to the customers in case of payment delays.
  • Send invoice second copies to the customers by email.
  • Send the payment details to the Back-Office Team and update the Customer ledger account in SAP.
  • Manage the invoices blocked by the customers, sending the information to Back-Office and Customer Finance Teams.
  • Send the Delivery notes to the Mondelez Customers, using their Portal, whenever needed.
  • Create tickets in Customer’s portal, as needed.
  • Direct Debit letter preparation for sending to Mondelez customers.
  • Request from Mondelez customers unidentified debit notes and update the corresponding information in SAP.

You might be the one we are looking for if… 

  • You are a student/ recent graduate of Accounting and Finance, Distribution and Logistics Management, Economics and Management or Engineering.
  • You have already completed an internship in which you have worked with SAP (preferable).  
  • You are recognized for your teamwork and collaboration, positive attitude, willingness to learn, deadline accomplishments and manage a correct priority setting. You should also have a strong work ethic, analytical skills and critical thinking.
  • You are proficient with Excel (several formulas, such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables with filters) and Outlook management.
  • You are fluent in Portuguese and have an intermediate level in English (preferable).
