You will develop professional relationships with our customers and optimize base sales, NPD & promotions. You will ensure great visibility in retailers and delivery of sales capabilities. Your drive will lead you to deliver the field KPI's and hit your annual objectives

How you will contribute

You will:

•  Ensure a maximum visual impact and an optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques.

•  Implement and monitor promotional activities.

•  Point of buying materials placement and implementation.

•  Report on activities.

    More about the role

    This is an Auckland based role covering Countdown, Supervalue, and Fresh Choice stores, working alongside our Merchandisers to execute with excellence and drive sales for our brands

    What you need more about the position
    Day to day tasks: 
    • Call cycle - visit 3-4 stores per day
    • Promotional plans and compliance
    • Gain additional displays in store

    • Building strong relationship with key stakeholders

    • Growing territory market share and share of shelf
    • Communication – talking to key stakeholders, making them aware of any challenges or concerns

    • Seasonal execution, negotiating and getting the best placement for products

    What extra ingredients you will bring
    • Sales experience, FMCG is preferred
    • Merchandising background is acceptable

    • Driven and high performer

    • Ability to build good rapport and work with a team

    • Flexible, adaptable, and with keen to details

    • Must have a valid full unrestricted driver’s license and proven safe driving record
    • MS Office proficiency, computer savvy

    Travel requirement
    • Occasional travel requirements as per journey plans
