How you will contribute

You will oversee the planning and execution of software and applications. To do so, you will manage an internal team and partner with external suppliers and use your deep technical and market knowledge and thorough understanding of our business goals find and deploy the right software and application solutions for the future. You will support programs to implement regional and global software and application strategies, offer input to financial planning and controls for software and applications on a regional and global level, collaborate with management and follow-up on requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments, explores opportunities to leverage scale and drive savings, and ensure that support service level objectives and key performance indicators are accomplished.

· CPG Business processes experience is a plus

 

Additional Job Description

· 8-12 years of experience in large SAP ERP implementations across all SAP modules

· 5+ years direct management/supervisory experience required on 4 or more SAP business processes such as RTR (FI), OTC, PTP, HTR, MTD/PTD, EWM, IBP/APO/DP, CRM, etc.

· Solid experience working with business process leads on streamlining functional requirements to propose standard SAP solutions

· Experience managing functional teams on at least 4 full-cycle SAP implementations two of which is S/4HANA

· Significant experience on collecting and optimizing abstract business requirements and translating them into WRICEF objects for development

· Experience with BPO and RPA

· Outstanding communication skills, ability to coordinate and supervise the work of multiple workstreams running in parallel

· Strong communication and inter-personal skills; ability to work effectively with global teams

·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - communicate in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluate information / data to make decisions, anticipate obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creates actionable strategies and operational plans

· Good understanding of business processes, coupled with the ability to effectively partner with functional managers to manage portfolio

What you need to know about this position:

SAP COE is engaged in multiple parallel projects and initiatives globally from current SAP  Optimization and Continuous Improvement, to new solutions implementation, M&A’s, On premise and Cloud solutions, with complex integrations; and an aggressive agenda.

Education / Certifications:

SAP latest solutions and technologies; AGILE; ITIL; PM, other relevant certifications

 

Job specific requirements:

Fluent and Advanced interaction in English is a must:  conversational, and effective communication

Travel requirements: 30 – 60%
