You are responsible for ensuring that projects are successfully completed on time and on budget. This includes project governance, budget and timeline development, build quality, testing and operational readiness, and the completed project’s readiness to go live.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriate methodology and tools
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks and escalate them to global leads and/ or the program manager when needed
  • Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports and monthly review meetings and leading stakeholder meetings
  • Lead budget management, resource planning and utilization
  • Confirm the completion and consistency of projects and their readiness to go live
  • Own the relationship with the external vendors including quality assurance in all phases of project delivery

  • Proven experience in project management methodology
  • Excellent communication skills and able to drive effective discussions with project resources from tactical execution level up to steering committee members
  • Excellent project planning and proactiveness in identifying risks and mitigations and managing strict timelines
  • Strong focus on cost, schedule and quality of project delivery
  • Knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions  
  • Stakeholder management and ability to influence positively in decision making
  • Proven ability in building effective teams across internal and external partners
  • Strong conceptual and analytic skills – enjoys problem solving

What you need to know about this position:

  • An innovation Manager or an Initiative Manager is assigned to the Business Unit, they work with IBS leaders & MDS Leads in the BU. They work to understand & solve the essential innovation use cases, using cutting-edge |Emerging Technology.
  • Need to know the new technology & how it will work in a business environment. The person needs to be Curious & creative to find new projects.
  • The role is highly dynamic & not methodical.
  • You are part of a team responsible for experimenting with cutting-edge technologies, delivering solutions by testing and learning, and developing strong partnerships to enable growth through innovation and agile methodologies.
  • The role requires people who can live with ambiguity and are not afraid to fail. You will need to be agile and inspire stakeholders to experiment with new technology

You will conduct innovative pilot projects to drive disruptive ideas across the organization, using the learnings from these projects to inform decisions on whether to incorporate them as a portfolio project or to introduce them as a new proof of concept.

Working with other Mondelēz teams, you will get to experiment with cutting-edge technologies to build a strong pipeline of ideas to pursue.

In addition, you will get to bring the outside in by building relationships with start-ups, building your knowledge of actual proof-of-concept cases, and leading end-to-end product management activities after the proof of concept has been successfully adopted.

Education / Certifications:

  • STEM (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics) Graduate with a management degree
  • Technical certification/courses in Virtual Reality, Blockchain, NLP, AI/ML, Data Science

Job specific requirements:

  • Would have done a Digital Transformation |Digital innovation |Digital Twins

  • The ideal candidate will have around 4-6 Years of experience

  • Worked for 1-2 Years as a Software developer

  • Experience in - No Code Low Code, Block Chain, Computer Vision, Web3, IoT, Image processing, Video Analytics, Exar, Virtual Reality, and NLP. • Must-Have: NLP, Computer Vision
