We have a variety of internship opportunities across different commercial functions and from day 1 you will be involved in all main projects and contribute for championing the category.

You might be involved in variety of activities such as:

As a Customer Marketing Intern, you will contribute on:

Helping your Customer Marketing Manager in the tracking of the business for our key levers: Innovation, Distribution, Promotion, Projects implementation
Analyzing the market and internal sales by Customer, helping in having control over business drivers: Where are we performing well? Where do we have to improve?
Supporting commercial team across customers on the promotional plan implementation and visibility activities.
Proposing and developing plans for the customers in order to grow our business.

You might be the one we are looking for if…

You are enrolled in a University Degree (last year or recent completion)
You have strong communication and analytical skills
You are proactive and autonomous, willing to learn and passionate about marketing and sales
You are fluent in both English and Spanish

Screening - if you meet the basic requirements, we’ll invite you to complete an online assessment, in one week from your application date (you have 5 days to complete the assessment); make sure you check both the inbox and spam folders.
Assessment Center - we’ll invite you for an interview and you will engage in solving a business case and role play. You will meet our colleagues who will give you a picture of what a #sweetcareer at Mondelēz looks like. You will receive personalized feedback from us - assessment center in our office in Madrid – March 2023.
Final interview – we’ll invite you for an interview with the hiring manager.
