You will work as part of Research& Development team to conduct experiments and trials to support our sweets agenda with other team members.

 

How you will contribute

You will run pilot plant and/or laboratory operations, prepare and maintain the equipment and ingredients needed, capture and report data with technical rigor and accuracy, and ensure the safe working and operation of equipment and environment.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operation and basic maintenance of equipment and machinery in Gum & Candy Pilot Plant Area
  • Provide Support for Product Developers during Pilot Plant and Laboratory trials (technical aspect, raw material preparation, cleaning, delivering basic reports from trials)
  • Ensuring Raw Material Availability (ordering & organizing delivery from suppliers and Mondelēz  factories, Improving ways of workings in this area)
  • Ensuring proper technical & quality condition of Pilot Plant area
  • Preparation & Review of equipments’ manufacturing instructions (in cooperation with equipment owners)
  • Review & Elimination of Technical failures of equipment (with support of the Technical Department if needed)
  • Ensuring that GMP, Safety and HACCP
    standards are in place and executed (cleanliness maintenance, equipments’ technical condition review)
  • Organizing equipment trainings for less experienced colleagues,
  • Following Safety and 5S rules

 

Requirements: 

  • Education: Minimum High School degree
  • Experience in Production (ideally in food industry), Laboratory/Pilot Plant or related area
  • Good understanding of mechanics/electrics
  • Technical mindset and skills
  • Proactivity, engagement and willing to develop
  • Dare to share your opinion
  • Openness to cooperate in multinational team
  • English Language allowing communication will be an advantage
  • Driving License
