Mondelez is currently looking for a Social/Digital Data Senior Analyst to join the Global Insights & Analytics Team and help drive its social Intelligence vision and capabilities. The primary role of the Social/Digital Data Senior Analyst will be to provide social/digital data-based insights across a broad range of initiatives and proactively identify opportunities to grow our businesses. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience pulling and analyzing data from social insights tools and other digital data sources, and solid understanding of digital data metrics and KPIs. You should be able to integrate learning and connect the dots across various data points and create powerful narratives to engage key stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess strong passion and empathy for consumers and able to uncover insights and digital trends affecting how consumers are engaging with our brands and competitors, as well as the overall Snacking category and Food landscape.
You will work with various stakeholders across multiple functions and countries to determine how to use insights and recommendations from social listening and other digital data sources to drive business growth.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Analyze digital data such as social, search, reviews, web analytics, etc., to derive insights on consumer behavior and respond to market research questions and briefs related to Mondelez brands, competitors, and the overall Snacking landscape
- Evaluate the need for digital data analytics across markets, assess the problems to be solved and what internal or external data sources to use or acquire or integrate for analysis
- Specify and apply appropriate analytical techniques to analyze data, generate insights, create value, support decision making and continue to iterate for model improvement with additional data
- Communicate the key findings and insights to stakeholders both conversationally and in formal presentation style and then work with stakeholders to determine how to use the insights to drive impact for growth
- Evangelize social/digital data analytics capabilities across the organization, including teaching analytics capabilities to I&A partners across markets
- Act as a key business partner to Marketing, Consumer Experience, R&D, Sales and external Digital partners
- Manage, lead and work with multiple external agencies and analytics vendors in social/digital data analytics and visualization dashboards
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
- Min 2-3 years of social listening experience, working in social listening agencies or digital functions within CPG, Ad agencies/Beauty industry/Digital Media agencies and related fields
- Excellent communication, storytelling skills to communicate complex data and dashboards in an explainable way to non-technical audience
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in working on Social Media Analytics tools (Synthesio, Talkwalker, Brandwatch) and text mining social media data for insights using Natural Language Processing techniques
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on digital tools and technologies (Google Trends, Google Ads Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, Facebook Audience Insights, etc.)
- Ability to use data visualization tools and create dashboards using Microsoft Excel and PPT to showcase data and present findings; Tableau, PowerBI, PyDash a plus
- Experience in analyzing traditional CPG data sources is a plus (including but not limited to Nielsen data, Consumer Panel Data, Media Spends data, Promo Data, and data from other external portals such as Euromonitor, Global Data, Mintel)
- Must be fluent in business English for reporting purposes; bilingual/multi-lingual is a plus
