You will manage order management and invoicing for a specific market.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Capture, process and validate orders from customers using all means of transmission in an accurate and timely manner so we meet delivery processing schedules, minimum order quantities and vehicle types/sizes
- Manage effective order fulfillment, taking account of availability checks, stock allocation rules and cross-functional alignment to balance supply constraints with delivery of service levels
- Manage the action invoicing processes and delivery of invoice accuracy based on correct price/quantity

- Experience managing onsite and remote teams

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of supply chain management, order to cash cycle, and commercial areas

You will manage order management, invoicing, credit and collection for the andean market.

- Lead the order to cash processes and assure the service and cash targets
- Manage regional teams for Order Management y Credit & Collection.
- Capture, process and validate orders from customers using all means of transmission in an accurate and timely manner so we meet delivery processing schedules, minimum order quantities and vehicle types/sizes.
- Manage effective order fulfillment, taking account of availability checks, stock allocation rules and cross-functional alignment to balance supply constraints with delivery of service levels.
- Manage the action invoicing processes and delivery of invoice accuracy based on correct price/quantity.
- Proactively execute cash collection in line with payment terms and process flows your respective accounts and prompt retrospective chasing of overdue invoices in line with targets.
- Ensure processes are followed to facilitate effective processing of deductions.
- Communicate in a timely manner and work with appropriate functions to ensure deductions are cleared or recovered.
- Ensure prompt reconciliation of credits with deductions.
- Partner with sales to manage their accounts ledger and debt.
Education / Certifications:
- University degree in Finance, Administration, Engineering or similar areas.
Job specific requirements:
- Experience with OTC (Order to Cash) modules in SAP.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Fluent in English
- Experience working on similar roles ( 6 years or more)
