You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Business Services, working to support impeccable service operations.
How you will contribute
You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

Qué debes saber acerca de esta posición:
Como People Experience Advisor, trabajarás con el propósito de mejorar la experiencia del empleado desde el día en que ingresa a la compañia hasta el dia que finaliza su vínculo laboral. Harás los entornos de trabajo más productivos y confortables para los colegas de planta Villa Mercedes, alineado con técnicas y buenas prácticas dentro de un esquema de organización y comunicación, y de acuerdo a las estrategias regionalmente definidas por Mondelēz International.
- Sistema de tiempos (Registro de horas extras, cambios de turno, registro de entrada y salida).
- Administración de personal del día a día, gesitiones de obra social, gestiones dentro de ANSES, control de ausentismo.
- Atención a auditoría e inspecciones de trabajo.
- Control y seguimiento de administración de personal contratado.
- Atención a los colaboradores de planta.
- Liderar y hacer seguimiento en procesos de People los cuales conviven con procesos de áreas como seguridad, calidad, sitemas integrados.
- Funcionarás como nexo entre el centro de servicios compartidos y empleados dentro de convenio.
Educación/ Titulaciones:
Estudiante avanzado o graduado de la licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Relaciones del Trabajo, Administracion de Empresas o carreras afines.
Requisitos específicos del puesto:
Experiencia en procesos "hard" de Recursos Humanos.
Conocimiento en Administración de Personal (excluyente)
Participado en implementación de proyectos o sistemas (deseable)
Experiencia en manejo de sistema de tiempos (Deseable Kronos)
Nivel de inglés intermedio/avanzado
Manejo de paquete office (especialmente Excel)
Horario laboral:
Lunes a Viernes 9 hs a 18 hs en Planta Villa Mercedes
