You assist in planning, developing and execution of capital projects, technical development, feasibility perspectives of engineering-related activities in the supply chain and capital-expense project execution to support growth, world-class manufacturing and productivity with the highest level of quality, safety and environmental requirements. You help ensure sure that Mondelēz business and innovation processes in project management and Mondelēz standards in execution are followed.

How you will contribute

The role supports capital project execution, and you will be accountable for the quality of the results and execution of capital projects using Mondelēz standards, and business and innovation processes in project management. You will help define and deliver the capital and technical agenda during the development phase of capital investments with stakeholders so that accurate budgets, plans and fit-for-purpose technical solutions are provided and develop the capital budget according to the contract and forecast cash flow. You will also help ensure that applicable engineering developments and standards are properly implemented, and support the development and implementation of state-of-the-art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources, harmonize assets and rollout best practices.

  • Etudier et analyser la faisabilité des projets, liés à la croissance, la productivité et les infrastructures. Identifier les besoins Capex, l’implantation t optimale du ou des équipements, le phasing du projet pour atteindre les objectifs.

  • Participer aux essais industriels en collaboration avec la R&D, le BD, les travaux neufs, la production, la qualité et la logistique notamment pour la productivité Matières Premières, les essais innovations / rénovations, nouveaux équipements.

  • Gérer la communication entre la gouvernance de projet et les différents acteurs du projet.

  • Gérer une équipe de projet multidisciplinaire au sein de l’usine

  • Participer à l’animation de la fiabilisation et l’optimisation du process sur le site.

  • Intervenir en support de la production en cas de difficultés liées au process ou qualité produits

  • Assurer la bonne exécution des projets conformément à Integrated Lean 6 Sigma (IL6S), créer les dossiers procédés grâce aux mesures des paramètres clés.

  • Identifier des solutions rentables, développer des projets afin d’améliorer les performances, la qualité des produits, la sécurité, la pérennité, les rendements des lignes de production.

  • Satisfaire aux exigences pour :

- la phase de conception (par exemple, analyse des risques, analyse des modes de défaillance, …)

- la phase d’exécution (test d’acceptation en atelier chez les fournisseurs, (FAT), test d’acceptation sur le site (SAT))

- Mises en service et transfert réussi à l’usine

Pré requis

  • Gestion de projet, travail en équipe, animation de réunion

  • Expérience de 5 ans dans la gestion de projets ingénierie,  chantiers d’amélioration continue, (dont collecte et interprétation de données process)

  • Bonnes aptitudes interpersonnelles de communication (écoute)

  • Autonomie et orientation résultats

  • Rigueur et méthodique

  • Forte culture sécurité / qualité

  • Leadership

  • Pratique de l’anglais
