You help execute the revenue management workstream to help us optimize the return on investment on our trade spend activities.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Work with customer (key Account) and marketing (brand) teams to track progress toward revenue KPIs
  • Conduct end-to-end promotion plan to customers following strategy from CRP manager including alignment with the key account team, gatekeeping promotion strategy, calendar management (schedule), and post-promo evaluation.
  • Support the Category Planning Manager by providing regular reporting including volume tracking, trade spends, % promoted, and seasonal in-flight tracking.
  • Lead the execution of Big Bets campaigns including any necessary monitoring to ensure the success of the said campaigns.
  • Manage communication with customers for any cost price increases, product changes, and NPDs.
  • Work with customer teams and Sales Finance to ensure all trade spending in the system is accruing correctly.
  • Collaborate and contribute to Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to ensure the accuracy of the plan.
  • Approve promotional activity in line with guidelines with regular reviews of promotional spending.

Job specific requirements:

  • Min. 2 years experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, or Key Account Management (Preferably from FMCG industries)
  • Proficient in data analysis
  • Highly organized
  • Excellent in communication and project management
  • Comfortable in an english speaking environment
  • Agile and highly driven
