Toxics Reduction Act: Meeting Ontario’s T.R.A. Reporting Requirements

In 2009, the Government of Ontario passed legislation known as the Toxics Reduction Act, 2009. The purpose of this legislation was “to prevent pollution and protect human health and the environment by reducing the use and creation of toxic substances.” (Section 1(a) of the Toxics Reduction Act, 2009).

In compliance with the requirements of the Ontario Toxics Reduction Act, 2009, Mondelēz Canada publishes the Public Reports and Plan Summaries for its manufacturing facilities, located in the Province of Ontario, on this web page.
