Mondelēz International receives “Top Employer 2022” certification in Europe and the United Kingdom

Mondelēz International has been named a Top Employer in the UK and Europe according to a survey by The Top Employers Institute.

The certification recognises top employers by evaluating companies in twenty different areas including people strategy, work environment, talent programmes and diversity & inclusion.

Following assessment, the Top Employers Institute revealed that Mondelēz International achieved a 93.84% average across all areas, putting it among the top companies to work for.

Commenting on the achievement, Maria Metodieva, People Lead Northern Europe, said:
