Mondelēz International Supplier Quality Audit

The Mondelēz International Corporate Audit Quality team acts globally to ensure consistency and calibration. The Corporate Audit team follows the Supplier and Packaging audit Tiering matrix to determine the type of initial and requalification audit you will receive. In addition, as we have some specific material expectations, additional work may be required in advance with our Microbiology and Food Safety organization plus supplier Quality to make sure the Quality Audit is successful. We will work with suppliers and potential new suppliers to schedule audits with appropriate notification.

The Supplier Audit Matrices describe the Audit process for new and existing suppliers (qualification and requalification) for all material types and associated frequencies.

Metric Stream is our tool to communicate our Quality requirements with our suppliers in a 1:1 manner. This tool allows Mondelez International to communicate directly with our suppliers globally. Through this tool you can upload documents (e.g. your GFSI certificate plus report). Each supplier will receive system access and a password. Be prepared to receive emails from us using this tool! Industry accepted certifications are now part of Mondelēz International's supplier approval requirements. Mondelēz International's aim is to have all of its material suppliers GFSI certified. A current list of GFSI accepted certifications for materials in scope can be obtained at:
