Mondelēz International is rolling out a free self-service invoice status functionality for all active suppliers.

By simply logging onto the Tungsten Portal, you will be able to manage your account details directly and display the status of your invoices. As this service becomes available in your country, it will replace the existing e-mail or telephone-based service for managing your queries.

To access this functionality, suppliers should register with Tungsten (or use their existing Tungsten account) to see all recent invoices they have submitted to Mondelēz International.

New invoices are available to review:

  • within one day when submitted electronically and
  • within three days after receipt in the other cases (paper-mail, e-mails).
