Invoice Submission

Mondelēz International currently accepts e-invoices via Tungsten and Tradeshift or alternatively via email as an attachment. The least preferred method is to send paper invoice directly to MDLZ scanning centres. To avoid invoice duplicates or invoice rejections, please do not combine submission methods if you are registered for e-invoicing on Tungsten or Tradeshift.

Please note that email and paper submission can result in delays in the processing and payment of your invoices. Mondelēz International strongly recommends the use of electronic invoices (where available) to submit your invoices.
