Clamart, in the south-west of Paris, is the headquarters for our French business where our corporate and commercial functions are based. We look for people who are just starting their careers, as well as those with experience.
You could join us in Marketing, part of a fearless team that builds partnerships with customers and find innovative ways to engage with consumers. In HR, you'll be partnering the business, creating a 'great place to work' and developing the world-class capabilities. In Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L), you'll help deliver a sophisticated, end-to-end, demand-driven supply chain. As part of the Sales teams you will join the revenue drivers of our business where you will deliver growth for customers and ourselves by being the supplier of choice. Alternatively, you could join our cutting-edge, contemporary and forward-looking Finance function.

At our Besançon plant we are the Pastry know–how specialists where our people produce soft cakes including Milka Biscuits, LULU l'Ourson, and LU mini-rolls.
At our Cestas plant (located near Bordeaux) we are the experts in chocolate biscuits where our people produce the Mikado and LU brands.
At Charleville we specialise in biscuits with jam where our people produce Barquettes, Coqueline and Mini Oursons.
The Château-Thierry plant is an incubator for new dry and chocolate biscuits with brands such as LU, Milka and Côte d'Or.
At the Granville plant our expert makers and bakers produce Heudebert rusks and Pelletier toasted breads.
At the Jussy plant our specialism in multilayer soft cakes allows our people to produce Napolitain de LU and Milka soft cakes.
Near Nantes, is our La Haye-Fouassière plant where we have the production of cereal biscuits for brands LU (Véritable Petit Beurre, Paille d´Or ...) belVita and Belin.
Our Grany cereal bars and Heudebert and Pelletier toasts, as well as the famous Cachou Lajaunie are produced in our Toulouse plant.
At our Vervins plant our teams are the expert in crispy breadmaking where they produce Heudebert rusks, Pelletier toast and Cracotte.
Research, Development & Quality (RDQ)
Located south west of Paris, Saclay is our European biscuit Research, Development, Quality & Innovation Center.
Our teams including our Packaging Development engineers, Research and nutrition scientists to Process development technicians will work collaboratively to research and test new and improved biscuit products, ingredients and processes for Mondelēz International markets around the world to support our innovation strategy – using pilot lines at the cutting edge of technology. This makes it the ideal environment for imaginative, curious people with a passion for product development.
Our Sales teams are our revenue drivers for our business and carry our ethos of “One team to win.” The majority of our remote work is across our Field Sales teams who are key drivers in delivering net revenue by implementing our in-store promotion plans working with our famous brands including LU, Prince, Milka and Hollywood.
Field Sales roles are based remotely. Entry roles include Field Sales Representatives (oversee all commercial activity within that particular sector), Merchandisers and Maintenance planner (support negotiation and commercial activity within the sector) all of which have a healthy career path towards Field Sales director.
