This privacy policy applies to Mondelez Canada Inc. (“Mondelez Canada”) websites, services, applications and products that collect data and display these terms (each, a “site”). It does not apply to Mondelez Global sites, services and products that do not display or link to this statement or that have their own privacy statements. Here at Mondelēz Canada, we recognize that many visitors to our site are concerned about the information they provide to us, and how we treat that information. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we collect from and about you when you visit our website (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy also explains how Mondelēz Canada may use and disclose such information, as well as your ability to control certain uses of it.

Information Automatically Collected

We may use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, log files, or other technologies to collect certain information about visitors to and users of our Site to deliver online advertisements that we think would be more relevant to your interests, and to monitor interactions with our emails, and online advertisements. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or otherwise disclose your personally-identifiable information without your consent, except as described here. We do not share your personally identifiable information with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your express consent.

We may share personally identifiable information among Mondelēz Canada brands, affiliates and subsidiaries. In the course of doing business, we employ other companies and individuals to perform a variety of functions on our behalf. For example, we hire agencies to help administer consumer promotions, to analyze data, to fulfill orders you place, to provide customer service and other functions. These service providers may have access to personally identifiable information about you if it is needed to perform their functions for Mondelēz Canada, but they are not authorized by Mondelēz Canada to use or disclose the information except as necessary to perform services on Mondelēz Canada’s behalf or to comply with legal requirements, and they are required to maintain the information in confidence. We may conduct joint promotions with other companies. If we obtain your consent, we may share with our promotional partners (and their service providers) certain personally-identifiable information as necessary to conduct the promotion. We will not share this information with our promotional partners for any other purpose unless you consent to such sharing.

During the normal course of our business, Mondelēz Canada may sell or purchase assets. If another entity acquires us or any of our assets, information we have collected about you may be transferred to such entity or accessed or reviewed in the course of the commercial transaction. In addition, if any bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding is brought by or against us, such information may be considered an asset of ours and may be sold or transferred to third parties. Mondelēz Canada tries to make sure that every link on our Site sends you to a place of interest to you. We provide these links solely for your convenience and information. In addition, different websites have different privacy policies associated with that site. Such sites are not under our control and as such we cannot be responsible for the content of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site, or any review, changes or updates to such sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third party websites.

Choice and Control

You are ultimately in control of the personally-identifiable information you provide to us on our Site. For example, you can change your preference for follow-up contacts by e-mailing the Consumer Response team at the address listed below. Or, if you prefer, you can let us know that you want to delete your personal information and we will take steps to remove your personally-identifiable information from our database. You may also request to review the information we hold and correct any errors. E-mail the Consumer Response team using the link below if you wish to take this action. To access certain parts of our site, you may be required to create a user name and password. You are responsible for all actions taken with your user name and password. Do not disclose your user name or password to any third parties and change your password regularly.

Public Forums & Reviews

Any information that you may disclose in blogs, on message boards, in chat rooms, on our social media pages, or on other public areas, becomes public information, and is subject to any terms posted on those pages. Please exercise caution when disclosing personal information in these public areas.

Our Commitment to Children’s Privacy

This site is intended for general audiences and Mondelēz Canada does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 on this site.

We might permit a child of any age to send us an e-mail. We will respond to or deliver these e-mails, but we do not store the names, e-mail addresses, or the e-mails themselves in our operational database. We do not maintain this information, nor do we share it with third parties (other than service providers as described above).

Upon proper identification, any parent can review any personal information we have collected from their child, if we are still maintaining the information in our operational database. They may also request that the information be deleted from our database, and refuse to permit further collection or use of their child's information. How We Protect Your Information

The security of personally identifiable information is important to us. We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to help protect against unauthorized use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of the personally identifiable information we collect on this Site.
