Mariano Lozano

Mariano Lozano is Executive Vice President & President Latin America of Mondelēz International, a global snacking leader with 2022 net revenues of approximately $31 billion driven by iconic brands such as Oreo, Ritz, LU, Clif Bar and Tate's Bake Shop biscuits and baked snacks, and well as Cadbury Dairy Milk, Milka and Toblerone chocolate. In this role, he is responsible for leading the company’s $3.6 billion business across Latin America.
Mariano joined Mondelēz International in April 2022, bringing more than three decades of leadership experience and expertise across Latin America, North America, Europe, and Africa. Mariano has shown great passion and capabilities to drive growth and overcome challenging environments across his career. He started his career in Sales and Supply Chain before ascending into general management roles for markets including Brazil and Argentina before moving to leadership roles in other continents.
Proudly Latino, his energy and drive, alongside with his intrapreneurship spirit and consumer centric focus has benefited the many markets and brands he has led in categories such as Dairy and Beverages. In more than 20 years at Danone, he held roles including: CEO Danone Slovakia, Brazil, Danone Clover Southern Africa, and Danone North America where he led the large-scale integration of The WhiteWave Foods Co. with Danone. While being CEO in NA, Danone was also certified as the Largest B-Corp Worldwide in April 2018. He is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, English, French and Slovak.
Mariano holds an Industrial Engineer Degree from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina; and brings deep industry experience and passion for diversity to the Mondelēz International Leadership team.
