Daniel Ramos
Executive Vice President, Chief Research & Development Officer

Daniel Ramos is Executive Vice President, Chief Research & Development Officer of Mondelēz International, a global snacking leader with 2022 net revenues of approximately $31 billion driven by iconic brands such as Oreo, Ritz, LU, Clif Bar and Tate's Bake Shop biscuits and baked snacks, and well as Cadbury Dairy Milk, Milka and Toblerone chocolate. He is responsible for all product and packaging development, research, nutrition, quality, food safety and scientific affairs activities worldwide.
Prior to joining MDLZ, Daniel served as Global Senior Vice President Packaging, Sustainability and Technical Operations for Estée Lauder Companies. He also served as the Chief Scientific Officer at Coty and at Revlon and Vice President of Health Care at Reckitt Benckiser leading Global Categories.
Daniel started his career at Procter & Gamble (P&G) in Venezuela and held roles of increasing responsibility, gaining expertise in combining big, systematic processes and discipline with innovation and agility in beauty categories. He served as Group Leader for P&G's Asia Beauty Care business, based in Japan, and led the launch of Gillette Fusion ProGlide globally.
Born in Venezuela, Daniel has experience in both emerging and developed markets, having worked and lived in Europe, North America, Asia and Latin America. He is a leader committed to diversity, equity and inclusion, serving as sponsor of the Hispanic Community and as a key member of the I&D Council at Estée Lauder Company. Daniel has an MBA from Universidad Metropolitana and an Engineer's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar.
