Employee Engagement Programs

Kraft Foods Philippines’ higher purpose is to make today delicious. This means making delicious and nourishing food that you can feel good about. It also extends to making a delicious difference through our sustainability initiatives and community involvement. Most of all, it means making today and everyday delicious for our people.

Physical, mental and spiritual - these are the three focus areas of Kraft Foods Philippines’ employee engagement programs. These seek to transform the concept of work-life balance into a practice. At Kraft Foods, career and personal development are given equal priority. We attract top professionals with our competitive salaries and benefits, but our great brands, talented people, inspiring leaders and global opportunities make them stay.

The Kraft Foods Philippines Benefits Model

All year round, there are activities to help keep our people healthy. The gym, spa and basketball court inside our Sucat, Parañaque Plant are open every day and can be used any time of the day. A dance studio also offers free lessons every week. An annual fitness contest and sporting competitions complete the line-up of activities. Physical wellness is also included in our people’s health benefits. This allows them to pay for running event fees and wellness services from their health benefit allowance.

Aside from trainings for their specific functions and career stages, our people also receive mental stimulation through regular learning sessions.

Inspirational speakers are invited to talk about different ways to improve one’s self. We also offer seminars on skills like photography and cooking to help employees lead a well-rounded life.

Wellbeing also means having time to spend with loved ones. At Kraft Foods Philippines, there are plenty of opportunities for bonding with the family. There are summer workshops for employees’ children, a summer outing and a Halloween celebration. A flexible-time policy also helps our people manage their time at work and at home.
