Our Subsidiary -- Stanmark Cocoa Processing Company Limited
Stanmark Cocoa Processing Company Limited (SCPC) is majority-owned by our Nigerian business (98%) and a group of Nigerian entrepreneurs with wide experience in the cocoa industry. The company is a 12,500 ton capacity plant located in Ondo town, Ondo State, 275 km from Lagos, Nigeria.
A range of intermediate products such as cocoa butter, liquor and powder are produced by SCPC. The cocoa butter and liquor are exported to a wide range of international customers and the cocoa powder is consumed locally. SCPC products attract the highest premiums for their unraveled quality and Cadbury Nigeria’s entire cocoa powder requirement is sourced from SCPC.
