EAST HANOVER, N.J. – Feb. 21, 2013 – Mondelēz Global LLC announced today a nationwide voluntary recall in the United States, including Puerto Rico, of the belVita Breakfast Biscuit product, Apple Cinnamon and Chocolate varieties, following notification from a third-party supplier, due to the possible presence of fragments of flexible metal mesh caused by a faulty screen at their facility. The following product is being recalled:

EAST HANOVER, N.J. – 21 de febrero de 2013 – Mondelēz Global LLC anunció hoy a nivel nacional el retiro voluntario del mercado en los Estados Unidos, incluyendo Puerto Rico, de dos tipos de galletas belVita desayuno: manzana canela y chocolate debido a una notificación recibida de un suplidor de harina de que existe la posibilidad de presencia de fragmentos de metal flexible provenientes de una malla defectuosa en una de sus fábricas.
