In the role of Chief Customer Officer, Trevor will help to build world-class sales capabilities for the new global snacks company. He will lead a global network responsible for global key accounts, sales/marketing interface, talent management and best practice application.
He also will oversee the Central and Eastern Europe region of our business. Trevor is based in Vienna, Austria.
Trevor joined Kraft Foods in March 2010 and was appointed President, Markets Kraft Foods Europe in April 2010.
Trevor was previously with Cadbury, which he joined as a senior auditor in 1986, after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG. Appointed the audit manager for the confectionery stream in 1988, he held a succession of roles with increasing responsibility in the finance management area within the UK chocolate confectionery business.
Trevor moved to Malaysia as Managing Director, Cadbury Malaysia in 1995, returning to the UK three years later to lead the Cadbury Group’s roll-out of Value Based Management. In 2000 he was appointed Integration Director for the newly formed Cadbury Trebor Bassett business before becoming Director, Finance, Systems and Strategy for Cadbury GB&I Confectionery.
Trevor relocated to the US in 2003 on being appointed Executive Vice President Finance for Cadbury Schweppes Americas Confectionery. He led the integration of Adams, and for the last nine months of his secondment was Acting President of Cadbury Schweppes Americas Confectionery.
He returned to the UK in 2006 as Finance Director of EMEA and Chairman of Cadbury Poland. In July 2007 he became the Managing Director of Cadbury Trebor Bassett, Britain & Ireland and a member of the Groups executive committee.
British-born Trevor gained a degree in Management Sciences at the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology, in the UK. He has lived and worked in Switzerland, the US, the UK and Malaysia.
